How it works
- 1. Set up your details once. Add your company name, logo, registration and VAT number, VAT rate and payment terms. They appear on every document you produce.
- 2. Build your price book. Add the materials and labour rates you use most, so future quotes are a matter of picking lines and setting quantities.
- 3. Draft the quote. Enter the client and the job, add lines by hand or let the AI draft them from your description, and check the VAT summary.
- 4. Send and track. Share the client link or the PDF. You will see when it is viewed, and whether the client accepted, rejected or asked for changes.
- 5. Book and complete the work. Put the accepted job on the schedule or the crew board, then invoice from the same record when it is done.
