Refund Policy

What is covered

• One-time credit packs (1, 10 and 25 credit purchases).
• Unlimited monthly and yearly subscription payments.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact our support team through the contact details in your account and we will pass the request on. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once approved.

Cancellations

You can cancel an unlimited monthly or yearly plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew afterwards. Cancelling does not remove documents you have already created.

Additional refund rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights, and Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your order.
